The people of Udenu Local Government Area have expressed their heartfelt congratulations to the Executive Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency Dr. Peter Mbah, on the conferment of the Doctor of Laws (Honoris Causa) by the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN).
In a statement issued by the Executive Chairman of the Local Government Area, Aka Eze Aka, the Council extolled Governor Mbah’s leadership qualities, innovative governance, and immense contributions to the development of Enugu State and beyond.
“This recognition affirms your exemplary leadership, innovative dedication to service, and unprecedented contributions to the development of our dear State and beyond. We are proud to celebrate this milestone with you and remain inspired by your vision and commitment to excellence,” the statement read.
The Chairman further noted that the people of Udenu were inspired by Governor Mbah’s visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to fostering sustainable development across the state.
Governor Peter Mbah’s conferment of the Honorary Doctorate by UNN comes as a recognition of his outstanding achievements and contributions to society, especially in the Education sector, as he embarked on a project of building 256 Smart Schools across the 256 political Wards of the State. The prestigious Doctor of Laws (Honoris Causa) is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional accomplishments in their fields and/or have significantly impacted their Communities.
The people of Udenu LGA join other well-wishers across the Nation in celebrating this remarkable honor, which underscores Governor Mbah’s leadership excellence and his efforts towards the progress of Enugu State.
