The rally stood as a vivid testament to the deepening bond between the people and the current administration.

The event unfolded as a grand spectacle, marked by an impressive convergence of political leaders, youths, revered traditional rulers, women groups, cultural dance troupes, and richly adorned masquerades.

The atmosphere was electrifying, truly a sight to behold as the Awkunanaw Civic Center, Akpasha, brimmed beyond capacity with enthusiastic supporters on Saturday, April 11, 2026.

Upon the Governor’s arrival, he was greeted by a jubilant and surging crowd amid resounding cheers and a ceremonial 21-gun salute that reverberated across the arena. As he made his way through the throng, exchanging warm pleasantries, the excitement reached a crescendo. Proceedings formally commenced with a stirring welcome address delivered by the ebullient Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Chidiebere Onyia.
