Five nominees for the position of Local Government Council Supervisors in Udenu Local Government Area (LGA) were screened and sworn into office on Tuesday at the Udenu Local Government Headquarters, Obollo Afor.

The nominees, drawn from different wards within the LGA, include:

Their screening was conducted by the Udenu Legislative Council, which, after due diligence, found them suitable and qualified for the roles. Following the legislative clearance, the oath of office and oath of allegiance were administered by the Local Government’s Legal Adviser, Barr. Ikechukwu Eze, in line with statutory requirements. Each of the newly sworn-in Supervisors subsequently signed the necessary documents, officially marking their assumption of duty.
