The Special Personal Assistant on Urban and Rural Development to the Udenu Local Government Chairman, Hon. Chimezie F. Mba, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Governor of Enugu State, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, on the occasion of his 54th birthday.
