Today was coloured in solidarity and fraternal engagement as the APC Candidate for the 2026 Udenu Local Government Area election, Hon. Dr. Innocent Ezeoha (Tekmore), arrived at the Obollo Eke Primary School field, venue of his ongoing Community-to-Community engagement in the area, ahead of the election.

Dr. Ezeoha arrived in the company of the APC Chairman in Udenu Local Government Area, Hon. Meletus Onah; the Vice Chairman of Udenu, Hon. Mrs. Onyinye Odoh; women leaders, youths and other party stakeholders.

He was warmly received by political leaders and stalwarts of the community, including the Chairman of Udenu Local Government Council, Aka Eze Aka; the member representing Udenu Constituency in the Enugu State House of Assembly, Hon. Solomon Izuchukwu Onah; and the APC Ward Chairman, Hon. Godwin Odo.

The engagement witnessed an exceptionally massive turnout of APC faithful, supporters, community stakeholders, women and youths.
As the event commenced, speaker after speaker commended Dr. Ezeoha for initiating the Community-to-Community engagement, describing it as an important platform for directly listening to the people, understanding their aspirations and incorporating their needs into the vision of the incoming administration.

The speakers also expressed appreciation to the Governor of Enugu State, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for entrusting the APC ticket to Dr. Ezeoha, whom they described as a grassroots-oriented politician and a man with a strong connection to the people.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Ezeoha expressed profound appreciation to the people of Obollo Eke for their impressive turnout, solidarity and confidence in his candidacy.
He assured the people that, if elected, his administration would work diligently to exceed their expectations and deliver responsive, people-centred governance.

The APC candidate also praised Governor Peter Mbah for what he described as his ingenious administrative strength and remarkable capacity to drive development across Enugu State.
Dr. Ezeoha pledged to draw inspiration from the Governor’s leadership style and emulate his commitment, charisma and results-oriented approach when entrusted with the leadership of Udenu Local Government Council.

The engagement ended on a highly enthusiastic note, with party faithful and supporters reaffirming their commitment to the APC candidate and expressing optimism about the prospects of the forthcoming election.
