As a renowned Catholic family, the Ugwus commenced the celebration with a Holy Mass of Thanksgiving at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Maitama District, Abuja. The Mass provided an opportunity for the family and loved ones to thank God for the gift of life, family and the many blessings bestowed upon the celebrant.

Following the Mass, friends and well-wishers began to arrive at Chief Ugwu’s residence in Wuse 2, Abuja, where the birthday festivities continued in an atmosphere of warmth and conviviality.

Adding colour and excitement to the celebration was the musical performance of legendary Abuja-based singer, Frank De Tenor, whose captivating music kept guests on their feet. The gathering soon transformed into a lively celebration, with friends and family members singing and celebrating the celebrant with infectious enthusiasm.

The celebrant and her husband, alongside their children, were visibly thrilled by the outpouring of goodwill messages and warm wishes from guests who came to share in the joy of the special day.

For the Ugwu family, the celebration was also another opportunity to give thanks to God for the gift of family, love and togetherness, while celebrating a remarkable woman surrounded by those who cherish her.
