Today, the Chairman of Udenu Local Government Area, Aka Eze Aka, today held an interactive session with members of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Udenu Chapter. The event took place at the Multipurpose Hall of the Udenu Local Government Secretariat, Obollo-Afor.
In his address, Aka used the occasion to familiarize and fraternize with the workforce, commending their dedication to duty and urging them to sustain their commitment to service delivery. He further charged the staff to align their efforts with the productivity benchmark set by His Excellency, Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for public servants in Enugu State.

The Chairman emphasized that the administration’s development goals can only be achieved through a motivated and proactive workforce, and pledged continued support to workers’ welfare and capacity building.
The session also featured goodwill messages from key stakeholders and leaders of the Union. Among those who addressed the workers were the Head of Personnel Management (HPM), the Local Government Treasurer, and the NULGE Chairman, all of whom appreciated the Chairman’s inclusive leadership style and reiterated their readiness to support the administration’s goals.

The meeting ended on a positive note, with a renewed sense of unity and commitment to moving Udenu LGA forward.
