La Vera College of Nursing Sciences, a leading private Institution for training of Nurses and Midwives, has set a new benchmark in the education of Nurses by conducting its inaugural entrance examination for the first batch of prospective students. The examination process itself was divided into two segments: a written test and oral interviews. The written test assessed the candidates’ academic aptitude, while the oral interviews focused on personal qualities, communication skills, and suitability for the Nursing profession. The selection panel was composed of highly qualified Nurse Educators, Human Resources experts, and representatives from the clergy, ensuring that the process was fair, thorough, and merit-based.
